Occasionally you will get more than 300 results, which is the upper limit for an individual search. In order to see all the records you want, you will need to select the "modify search" button, which will bring you back to the search screen. Generally, there are two items you can modify to break up your search: date range, and foreclosure type. You can break up your date range into two separate date ranges. Fore example, if you search from 01/01/2007 to 06/01/2007, and the system generated more than 300 results, do one search from 01/01/2007 to 03/01/2007, and another search from 03/02/2007 to 06/01/2007. You can continue to break up the date range until you gain access to all the records you need.
