The initial results provide basic information about each property: The type of foreclosure record, and a partial address. Select the properties that you may be interested in, or click the "Include All" to include all the results.

Also at this point, you can select " Modify Search" and return to the initial search screen.

Selecting the "One Line" display presents the selected search results with the following information: Type of foreclosure, Street Address, Town and State, Assessed value, and Date. The date relates to the date the record appeared in the system.

The "Full Record" selection provides significantly more detail than the "One Line" display. Included in each property record:

• Property details, such as gross living area, owner, and building type (Cape Cod, Colonial, etc.)
• Most recent sale information and sale history
• Mortgage information
